Look at the amount of diamond particles in the saw blade

2024-11-28

Danyang Century Beautiful Scenery Tool Co., Ltd. teaches you how to choose good diamond saw blades:

1. Look at the amount of diamond particles in the saw blade. Inferior blades reduce costs by decreasing the diamond content, which results in consumers being unable to cut effectively and wearing out quickly.

2. Check the color of the blade tip. A normal blade tip should be silver-white with the natural luster of iron. Inferior blades appear dark due to a high content of impurities.

3. Cutting feel. When the correct cutting blade is selected, the cutting should be smooth (excluding cases where the wrong blade is chosen and the feed speed is too fast, leading to burning the blade).

4. Inferior saw blades use corundum. The difference between corundum and diamond lies in the wear resistance of the abrasive particles. Saw blades made with corundum are relatively not durable.
