Classification of diamond saw blade manufacturing processes and classification of diamond saw blade appearances

2020-07-07

Classification of diamond saw blade manufacturing processes: 1. Sintered diamond saw blades: divided into cold-pressed sintering and hot-pressed sintering, formed by pressing and sintering.

2. Welded diamond saw blades: divided into high-frequency welding and laser welding. High-frequency welding fuses the medium at high temperatures to weld the blade head to the base, while laser welding melts the contact edges of the blade head and base using a high-temperature laser beam to form a metallurgical bond.

3. Electroplated diamond saw blades: the blade head powder is attached to the base using an electroplating method.

Classification of diamond saw blade appearances:

1. Continuous edge saw blades: continuous tooth diamond saw blades, generally made by sintering, commonly using bronze as the base material. Water must be added during cutting to ensure cutting effectiveness, and there are types with laser-cut gaps in the blade head.

2. Tooth type saw blades: the teeth are discontinuous, allowing for fast cutting speeds, suitable for both dry and wet cutting methods.

3. Turbine type saw blades: combine the advantages of the previous two types, with teeth presented in a continuous turbine shape, improving cutting speed and increasing service life.
